Fly 01 Troubleshooting Guide

Common Issues and Solutions

Issue

Possible Cause

Troubleshooting Steps

Unit restores previous settings after powering on

Normal memory behavior

The Fly 01 remembers the last operating state used before shutdown or unplugging. This is expected operation.

Buttons do not respond while the unit is off

Normal control behavior

Press the Power button first. Other controls will not respond until the unit is powered on.

Fan speed increases or decreases when pressing “+” or “–”

Normal speed adjustment operation

Use the “+” button to increase airflow speed and the “–” button to decrease airflow speed.

Fan speeds do not cycle automatically from High to Low

Expected speed control design

The Fly 01 does not automatically cycle from High back to Low or Low back to High. Continue using the speed controls to adjust airflow manually.

Unit starts at Medium Low speed after reset

Default speed reset behavior

Pressing the Power and “+” buttons together may restore the default operating setting, which may begin at Medium Low speed.

Remote pairing takes a few seconds

Normal pairing behavior

Remote pairing may require a brief delay while the process completes. Ensure the unit is plugged in and in standby mode during pairing.

Unit powers on after remote pairing

Expected pairing response

The unit may automatically power on after successful remote pairing. This is normal behavior.

Remote pairing does not complete

Pairing process may need to be retried

1. Confirm the unit is plugged in.
2. Verify the unit is in standby mode.
3. Repeat the pairing sequence carefully.
 4. Retry the process several times if needed.

Fan speeds do not change

Possible control or operational issue

1. Verify the unit is powered on.
2. Press the “+” and “–” buttons individually.
3. Restart the unit after unplugging it for 1 minute.
 4. Retry the controls.

Unit will not power on

Possible power issue

1. Verify the fan is plugged into a working outlet.
2. Try another outlet.
3. Press the Power button firmly once.
 4. If the unit still does not power on, contact Customer Support.

Helpful Tip

If the unit appears unresponsive, verify the fan is powered on before testing other controls. The Fly 01 requires the Power button to be pressed before additional buttons will function.
