Common Issues and Solutions

Issue

Possible Cause

Troubleshooting Steps

Power light slowly brightens and dims

Normal standby behavior while connected to power

This is expected operation when the purifier is plugged in and ready for use. No action is needed.

Purifier starts at a higher fan speed

Unit may begin operation at a higher airflow setting

This is normal startup behavior. Use the “+” or “-” controls to adjust airflow to your preferred setting.

Fan speed changes when buttons are pressed

Standard fan speed adjustment operation

Press the “+” or “-” buttons to increase or decrease airflow. Different indicator lights may illuminate as speeds change.

Purifier becomes quieter or louder during use

Fan speed setting or Auto Mode adjustment

Changes in airflow sound may occur during normal operation. Verify if Auto Mode is enabled if speeds adjust automatically.

Display lights become very dim or appear off

Sleep Mode may be active

In darker rooms, Sleep Mode may dim the display lighting automatically. Move the unit to a brighter area or exit Sleep Mode to restore normal display brightness.

Airflow decreases during Sleep Mode

Normal Sleep Mode operation

Sleep Mode may temporarily reduce airflow and dim lighting to minimize disturbance while sleeping.

Purifier changes speeds on its own

Auto Mode is active

Auto Mode may automatically adjust airflow during operation. This is expected behavior.

Auto indicator light turns on

Auto Mode has been activated

The Auto light indicates the purifier is operating in Auto Mode. No action is required unless you wish to manually adjust settings.

Filter reminder lights stay on after filter replacement

Reset procedure may not have been completed

Press and hold the appropriate filter reset button for several seconds until the reminder light turns off.

Both filter reminder lights illuminate together

Normal during certain filter reset interactions

Both indicators may briefly illuminate during maintenance or reset procedures. Complete the reset process as directed.

Buttons appear unresponsive

Controls may require reset or service may be needed

1. Unplug the purifier for 1 minute. 2. Plug the unit back in. 3. Retry the controls. 4. If controls remain completely unresponsive, contact Customer Support.

Unit will not power on

Power issue or possible service condition

1. Confirm the purifier is plugged into a working outlet. 2. Try another outlet. 3. Press the Power button firmly once. 4. If no indicators illuminate, contact Customer Support.

Helpful Tip

If the purifier appears to change airflow automatically or dim its display lights, check whether Auto Mode or Sleep Mode is active. These are normal operating features designed to improve everyday use.
