Many operating behaviors that may seem unusual at first are part of normal operation. Please review the information below before contacting Customer Support.

| Alexa will not discover the fan. | Ensure the fan is plugged in and powered on. Confirm the unit is in setup mode and the mobile device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. |
| Alexa commands do not control the fan. | Confirm the device is linked in the Alexa app and online. Verify the fan has power and internet connectivity. |
| Fan was previously connected but is now offline. | Power cycle the fan by unplugging for 30 seconds, reconnect power, and allow it to restart fully. |
| Need to reconnect Alexa after network changes. | A factory reset may be required before reconnecting to a new network or account. |
| Factory reset does not start. | Press and hold Power + (+) together for more than 6 seconds until white LEDs flash. Continue holding until the flash sequence begins. |
| White LEDs flash 3 times during reset. | This is normal for units with barcode-enabled setup. The reset command has been accepted. |
| White LEDs flash 4 times during reset. | This is normal for units without barcode-enabled setup. The reset command has been accepted. |
| Fan does not respond immediately after reset. | This is normal. Allow the unit a moment to complete the reset process and restart. |
| Alexa setup still fails after reset. | Confirm Wi-Fi credentials, router signal strength, and that the Alexa app is updated. Then retry setup. |
| Unit will not operate normally. | Turn the unit off, unplug for 30 seconds, reconnect power, and restart. |
Factory Reset Steps
Only use reset steps when troubleshooting Alexa connection or Alexa control issues.
- Ensure the fan is powered on.
- Press and hold Power and + together for more than 6 seconds.
- Wait for all white LEDs to flash.
- Reconnect the fan through the Alexa app.
When to Contact Customer Support
Contact Customer Support if:
- Alexa setup repeatedly fails after reset attempts
- The fan will not enter reset mode
- LEDs do not respond during reset attempts
- The product does not power on or operate normally
- You notice unusual odor, smoke, overheating, sparking, visible damage, or any safety concern
Helpful Tip
If the router name or password has changed, remove the fan from Alexa first, then perform a reset and reconnect.
