Many operating behaviors that may seem unusual at first are part of normal operation. Please review the information below before contacting Customer Support.
| PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION |
|---|---|
| Touch controls do not respond while unit is off. | This is normal. Controls respond only when the product is powered on. Turn the unit on first. |
| Unit returns to previous settings after restart. | This is normal. The product may save the last used settings when turned off. |
| Unit starts at a mid-level speed when first used. | This is normal. If no previous setting exists, the product may begin at a standard mid-level speed. |
| Speed changes one level at a time. | This is normal. Speed increases or decreases step-by-step and does not cycle from highest to lowest automatically. |
| Oscillation stops when another control is touched. | This is normal. Using other controls may pause or stop movement while changes are applied. |
| Oscillation does not start. | Ensure oscillation has been turned on using the touch controls. |
| Unit moves briefly after being unplugged or power restored. | This is normal. The product may reposition itself to a home position before normal operation begins. |
| Fan does not run during startup movement. | This is normal. Positioning may complete before airflow begins. |
| LEDs brighten when touched. | This is normal. Indicator lights brighten during interaction to confirm inputs. |
| LEDs dim after a short time. | This is normal. Lights may dim after inactivity while remaining visible. |
| LEDs change pattern with speed changes. | This is normal. More illuminated indicators may represent higher speed levels. |
| LEDs flash briefly during adjustments. | This is normal. Lights may flash or change brightness while settings update. |
| Buttons seem slow to respond. | This is normal. Use single, deliberate touches and allow a moment for the product to react. |
| Unit will not operate normally. | Turn the unit off, unplug for 30 seconds, reconnect power, and restart. |
