Many operating behaviors that may seem unusual at first are part of normal operation. Please review the information below before contacting Customer Support.

| Power button light stays on when the fan is off. | This is normal. A light may remain on while the product is plugged in to indicate standby power. |
| Lights dim after using the controls. | This is normal. Indicator lights may dim after a short period without interaction. |
| Fan returns to the last used setting when turned on. | This is normal. The product may remember the previous fan speed setting. |
| Timer does not stay on after power off. | This is normal. Active timer settings may clear when the unit is turned off. |
| Fan starts at a standard setting when first used. | This is normal. New or reset units may begin at a default startup setting. |

When to Contact Customer Support
Contact Customer Support if:
- The product does not turn on or off
- The display does not illuminate at all
- Buttons do not change any settings
- The product cannot adjust speed or timer functions
- The remote does not function at close range with proper positioning
- You notice unusual odor, smoke, overheating, sparking, visible damage, or any safety concern
Helpful Tip
Press buttons once and allow the display a moment to update. For faster speed changes, hold the speed button briefly.
