270 Troubleshooting Guide
Many operating behaviors that may seem unusual at first are part of normal operation. Please review the information below before contacting Customer Support.

| Unit starts on High speed every time it is turned on. | This is normal. The product is designed to start on High speed when powered on. Use the speed buttons to select Medium or Low as desired. |
| Unit returns to High speed after being turned off and back on. | This is normal. The unit resets to High speed at startup each time it is powered on. |
| Speed changes when buttons are pressed. | This is normal. Each speed button press changes the unit to the selected speed setting. |
| Unit switches between High, Medium, and Low speeds. | This is normal. The product is designed to operate across all available speed settings during use. |
| Speed changes feel delayed. | This is normal. A brief delay may occur while the motor adjusts to the newly selected speed. |
| Sound changes when speed is adjusted. | This is normal. Changes in motor sound and airflow are expected when moving between speed settings. |
| Repeated speed changes cause concern. | This is normal. Frequent switching between speed settings does not harm normal operation. |
| Power button is pressed repeatedly. | This is normal. The product is designed for normal repeated on/off use. |
| Speed buttons do not appear to respond. | Press each button once firmly and allow a moment for the unit to react. |
| Unit will not operate normally. | Turn the unit off, unplug for 30 seconds, reconnect power, and restart. |
When to Contact Customer Support
Contact Customer Support if:
- The product does not turn on when the power button is pressed
- Speed buttons do not change the speed at all
- The unit cannot switch between speed settings
- The product shuts off unexpectedly and does not restart
- You notice unusual odor, smoke, overheating, sparking, visible damage, or any safety concern
Helpful Tip
For quick maximum airflow, leave the unit on High speed. Use Medium or Low for quieter everyday comfort.
