143 Troubleshooting Guide
Many operating behaviors that may seem unusual at first are part of normal operation. Please review the information below before contacting Customer Support.

| Unit starts on High speed when turned on. | This is normal. The product is designed to start at a high speed setting when powered on. Use the speed button to lower airflow as desired. |
| Speed changes one level at a time. | This is normal. Each press of the speed button lowers the speed one level at a time. Continue pressing until the desired speed is reached. |
| Indicator lights change when buttons are pressed. | This is normal. Indicator lights update to confirm the selected speed or timer setting. |
| Unit beeps when buttons are pressed. | This is normal. Audible feedback may occur during button presses to confirm commands. |
| Timer is off when unit is first turned on. | This is normal. The timer starts in the off position each time the product is powered on. |
| Timer increases step-by-step. | This is normal. Each press of the timer button increases the timer setting one step at a time. |
| Timer turns off after reaching the highest setting. | This is normal. After the maximum timer setting is reached, the next press turns the timer off. |
| Remote does not respond. | Move closer to the unit and point the remote directly toward the product. Ensure no objects are blocking the signal path. |
| Remote only works at short range. | This is normal. Remote responsiveness may vary based on distance, angle, and surroundings. |
| Remote works only at certain angles. | This is normal. Slight repositioning may improve response. Aim the remote toward the front of the unit. |
| Remote changes settings one step at a time. | This is normal. Speed and timer settings adjust one level at a time with each press. |
| Repeated button presses do not all register. | This is normal. Rapid repeated presses may not register as separate inputs. Press once and allow a moment for response. |
| Buttons seem slow to respond. | This is normal. The unit may take a brief moment to complete one command before accepting another. |
| Unit will not operate normally. | Turn the unit off, unplug for 30 seconds, reconnect power, and restart. |
When to Contact Customer Support
Contact Customer Support if:
- The product does not respond to any button inputs on the unit or remote
- The unit cannot be turned on or off
- Indicator lights do not respond at all to button presses
- The remote fails to operate the unit at close range with clear positioning
- You notice unusual noise, odor, smoke, overheating, visible damage, sparking, or any safety concern
